DETOUR
MERRY RACKET In Merry Racket, Teams will have to proceed inside the Royal Selangor Club and search for a marked room. The Royal Selangor Club has a strict rule in letting in women in their Long Bar, as because men react differently when watching their games and drinking alcohol. Once there, they will be acting as bartenders to a group of people partying. They must satisfy everyone's orders quickly as they can until the VJ demands his drinks. Once he has been satisfied, he will be going to the center stage and play a loud music, which is a signal for them to head to the VJ to receive their next clue.
TASK TYPE: TIME: 22 minutes (when you complete it within the required hours); + 3/4/5/6 minutes (when you don't reach the goal within the time limit); + 8 minutes (if you don't do the order)TASK: Post a picture and a list or recipe of the drinks you will be asked to give certain party goers for 4 updates.
SCORE SYSTEM: Post the drink within 5 hours of clue posted, no extra time. within 7 hours, + 3 minutes. within 9 hours, + 4 minutes. within 12 hours, + 5 minutes. within 16 hours, + 6 minutes. >16 hours, + 8 minutes and you add one more update instead of finishing in 4 updates.

This is a cocktail with a holiday flair. I'm giving it to you now so you can practice up for Thanxgivin' and Xmas. Separate the egg white and the egg yolk; put em in two separate mixin' bowls. Step 2Mix the sugar with the egg yolk until it dissolves. Step 3 This is an Irish coffee glass.Put the egg white and the QUALITY rum (Appleton from Jamaica or J. Bailly) into a heat resistant, or Irish coffee glass. Step 4Mix the sugaryolk in with the rummed egg. Step 5Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste. This requires experience, so just go with the flow. Step 6Do the yummy dance.

Bloody Mary1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) vodka 1/2 cup tomato juice 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice Worcestershire sauce to taste Tabasco to taste 1 celery stick for garnish 1 lemon wedge for garnish Combine the vodka, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, the Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste, shake the mixture well, and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish the Bloody Mary with the celery stick and the lemon wedge. Serves 1.

Sangria: * 1 Bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rioja reds, Zinfandel, Shiraz) * 1 Lemon cut into wedges * 1 Orange cut into wedges * 2 Tbsp sugar * 1 Shot brandy * 2 Cups ginger ale or club soda Preparation: Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and add sugar and brandy. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving. If you'd like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice.

I'll be taking the weekend from Friday to Sunday off, and will not be posting anything at all for this leg. Next clue will be up on Monday, EST morning. Have fun!! That good as i be going to malaysia on Sat to visit my grandma.. Break on those days?! Those will probs be the only days I might be able to be online extensively.

Dan: A shirley Temple and an Apple Smoothie? What are we? Virgins? Shirley Temple 20 cl ginger ale 3 cl grenadine syrup Build in a highball glass. Add ginger ale over ice and sprinkle grenadine syrup over it. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.

MARGARITAIngredients: 1 1/2 oz tequila 1/2 oz triple sec dash of lemon or lime juice 3 oz sour mix lime wedge for garnish salt or sugar to rim the glass (optional) Preparation: Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Ingredients nocoupons 4 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon 1 pint whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 3 ounces bourbon 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 4 egg whites* Directions In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color. Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar and continue to beat until it is completely dissolved. Add the milk, cream, bourbon and nutmeg and stir to combine.
Place the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat to soft peaks. With the mixer still running gradually add the 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Whisk the egg whites into the mixture. Chill and serve.
Cook's Note: For cooked eggnog, follow procedure below.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color. Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar and continue to beat until it is completely dissolved. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, over high heat, combine the milk, heavy cream and nutmeg and bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and gradually temper the hot mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. Then return everything to the pot and cook until the mixture reaches 160 degrees F. Remove from the heat, stir in the bourbon, pour into a medium mixing bowl, and set in the refrigerator to chill.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg whites to soft peaks. With the mixer running gradually add the 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg whites into the chilled mixture
