LEG 2: GUAYAQUIL, ECUADOR Phil: This is Merida, Venezuela... a typical Andean town resting near Venezuela's highest point. Over time, this has been a popular vacation spot for locals and tourists who wish to enjoy themselves from the city life...
And in the outskirts of Merida, Los Aleros. This theme park, mimicking a typical Andean town is the first pit stop of the race...
Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg for some mandatory rest period... the eleven teams waiting here have no idea what's in store for them.
Marie and Bijou, who arrived first... will depart first from the pit stop. 
To get to Guayaquil, teams will be self driving to Merida's local airport and wait for ONE CHARTER PLANE to CARACAS, VENEZUELA, arriving at 4:30 PM.
Once teams reach Caracas, they must find flights to get to Guayaquil.
Teams are provided 48 USD for this leg of the Race.ROUTE INFORMATION TASK: FLIGHT SEQUENCE
1) Because Mooyou fucked up in researching flights from Merida to Guayaquil, he has escaped the easy way out and bunched all of you to one flight to Caracas, landing at 4:30 PM.
Now, all you have to do is this...
PROVIDE ME A FLIGHT (WITH A SCREENSHOT) from CARACAS, to GUAYAQUIL.
You must use the following specifications:
a. Tickets for TWO, Coach/Economy, ONE WAY.
b. Your total amount must not exceed 3,000 USD for two people.
c. Departure Date: APRIL 14, 2010.
d. Connections must at least have a 30 minute gap.
2) This is the only time you can freely exchange money WITHOUT getting an additional time. so if you have to exchange money, DO IT NOW.
Note: Next clue will be posted 7:30 AM EST, April 9. That's 7:30 PM GMT+8, April 9. All teams who do not submit flights by that time will be placed at the last available flight submitted. |
