RULES:1. This race will span for two months (April - May) and will be a non live game. Thus, it will require you to check the thread often.
---
2. Similar to Season 2 and Season 3, your scores will be time based. HOWEVER, this will incorporate the "semi-live" based system of Season 1. What do I mean?
Everyday, there will be four 1-hour intervals in which I will be mentioning below. I will only post the clue update in one or two of those 1-hour intervals. NO MORE THAN TWO clues a day would be posted.
THE INTERVALS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- 8:00 - 9 PM EST (AM for GMT+8)
- 12 - 1 AM EST (PM for GMT+8)
- 7:30 - 8:30 AM EST (PM for GMT+8)
- 11:00 - 12:00 NN EST (Midnight for GMT+8)
Each clue will have the standard time of travel/task completion attached to them. Increments of a number of minutes will be added per team completing the task, based on what is written in the clue. I'm reverting back this formula to add the excitement. Season 2 and Season 3 have turned into a boring game of a "World Geography Exam and Decision Making for Dummies" for having abandoned the speed system that should have always been incorporated in a "Race".
Note that you've entered a The Amazing Race, so I won't allow such complaints that I posted the clue in an unfair time.

TRAITS
The Trait System is back, in a simpler way similar to Dan's game.
Each player will have to choose A STRENGTH AND TWO WEAKNESSES for their team members (So it's two strengths and weaknesses)
Note that some of these traits will affect your performance in tasks.
The Seven Traits are:
ENDURANCE: Strong-Hearted or Weak-Willed In endurance tasks, teams are tested to their physical limits, tasks involving extreme adrenaline rush such as Bungee Jumps, Rappels, Marathons and the like belong to this category.
SKILL: Technician or Truant Tasks involving skill include one’s versatility in doing mechanical and talent based tasks. This may include cooking, fixing a piano, dancing, singing or any talent a professional may do. This is one of the most common race tasks to appear.
LOGIC/STRATEGY: Sly or Dense Logic/Strategy tasks are tasks which involve a greater use of the mind and the brain than other general tasks. These tasks are one of the most difficult tasks present in the race and logic is the guiding principle of the task itself. Linguistics and the proficiency with different languages apply to this set of tasks.
PSYCHE: Strong Stomachs or Playful Minds Psyche tasks essentially deal with the human psyche and physiological perceptions among all others. Tasks with food, common fears, animals, and disgusting tasks are under this set of tasks.
SOCIAL: Social Butterfly or Anti-Social Social tasks deal with the people amongst others. It deals with the charm, charisma and the appeal of the players to the population and the locals.
NAVIGATION: Globetrotter or Stray Ah, Navigation, the main task involved in all races, This deals with the tasks involving mazes, finding clues, scavenger hunts and generally finding airport flights, trains, buses and taxis. Almost every Route Information tasks are considered navigation tasks, except for some. This is the most common of all tasks present and can be presented as a double edged sword to many.
LUCK: Just Darn Lucky or Just Darn Unfortunate Luck is essentially the uncontrolled part of the game. Teams have no control over their performance for this task, and success is solely dependent on luck. This may be considered as the easiest or hardest task present in the game.

CLUES
Expect the usual clues from TAR/MTAR appearing.
For "Get To" Route Information tasks:During transportation rounds, you will be provided a set of transportation in which you can take, and post in the thread.
Each transportation is accompanied with a question. The faster your transportation is, the more difficult your question will be. You can only answer the question ONCE, for public transports.
For self drive legs, there would only be one question. You will have to answer that question UNTIL YOU GET A CORRECT ANSWER.
A mistake in answering the question would result to being sent in the LOST ZONE. Yep, the lost zone is back. An extra 6 minutes will be added to your wrong answers for the self drive legs, while increments of 5 minutes will be added to your public transportation.
For "Fly To" Route Information tasks:Same goes from the first season onwards.
For Detours, Roadblocks, Speed Bumps, Fast Forwards and other Route Information tasks:A set time and a mistake increment for the challenge will be placed every time. You will not move until you are able to do the challenge.
For Special Markers:Since I'm employing the "semi-live" nature from the First Season, expect that Special Markers would be First Come, First Served.
