This is the first and only give way on the entire race. At this point one team may force another team to ‘give way’ meaning that they will have to stop racing until all teams have passed them.
Teams will only be able to use one special route marker in the entire race so they must decide when it is most advantageous to do so.
Task 1.4 - Post: **TEAM NAME chooses to use give way on TEAM NAME** OR **TEAM NAME chooses not to use give way**
Who can resist a bit of office madness?
In this Roadblock one team member will have to enter the offices of the Casablanca Twin Centers and become apart of the office madness. Participants will have to sort through piles of files to find one of SIX Amazing Race clues containing a block of Arabic text. Once they find this they may continue to find their next clue. [/size][/color] TASK 1.5 – Complete the test “Roadblock – 1.5” on ClassMarker. Each correct answer will deduct 5 minutes from the standard 40 minutes.
TASK 1.6 – Complete the test “Roadblock – 1.6” on ClassMarker. The number of numbers you take before you reach the number with a clue (signaling the end of the roadblock) times by 3 will be added to your time. Make sure you pick a different number for each of the ten questions (make a note on a piece of paper).

Josef and Sammy have decided to use the give-way on Bill and Mark. It however has no effect.Log onto your ClassMarker account and you will see two tests that are now available to be completed.

During the roadblock you found a clue.
You work out that you must now make your way to كازا محطة الميناء to find your next clue.
TASK 1.7 - Transportation:
o PUBLIC BUS – 18 MAD – 14 minutes
o TAXI – 30MAD – 10 minutes
o SHUTTLE BUS – 5MAD – 20 minutes
